Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable babies by becoming a sponsor or making a donation At Daybreak House, our mission is to provide a loving and safe haven for vulnerable and neglected babies. However, we can only accomplish this vital work with the support of generous sponsors and donors like you. Without your donations, we wouldn’t be able to meet the essential medical needs and provide necessary therapy for these little ones to help them reach their full potential.
If you’re interested in making a lasting difference, we offer the opportunity to sponsor a cot for a specific baby each month. By doing so, you’ll directly contribute to meeting the needs of that baby, making a meaningful impact on their development and well-being.
Additionally, we greatly appreciate regular debit orders, as they help cover our monthly operational costs, such as electricity and water, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and the babies are provided with the best care possible.
We’re proud to be a registered PBO (Public Benefit Organization), and as such, we’re able to provide Section 18A tax-deductible certificates to our generous sponsors. Your support not only makes a difference in the lives of these babies but may also provide tax benefits.
Pray
At Daybreak House for babies, we deeply value the power of prayer. Our little ones, aged under 2 years. We ask that you join us in prayer for their protection and for their needs to be met. May God watch over them and grant them a permanent, loving home. We also pray for our country, as the distressing situation of babies being given up or abandoned persists due to factors like unemployment, rape, incest, and rising teenage pregnancies in South Africa. Let’s pray for a change in these circumstances, and for more families to open their hearts and homes through adoption and fostering. As a Christian organization, we believe that adoption reflects the beautiful story of God adopting us as His children, giving us new hope, and a fresh identity. We believe in the potential for transformation and that we are more than the challenges we face. God is always present for orphaned children.
