What you’ll do
Small acts, enormous impact
Volunteering at Daybreak House doesn’t require special skills — just a warm heart and willing hands.
Hold & Comfort
Skin-to-skin contact and gentle holding are vital for tiny babies in our care.
Read & Sing
Talk, read, and sing to the babies — your voice is one of the most powerful gifts you can give.
Daily Care
Help with feeding and the small daily routines that make a house feel like a home.
Skills & Support
Offer your professional skills — admin, gardening, maintenance, or anything else that helps the team.
What you’ll need
Requirements for Volunteering
Because we care for vulnerable babies, all volunteers are required to complete the following. Under-18s are welcome — requirements differ by age.
All completed documents are handed in to Sandra at Daybreak House in person. Do not post or email them. Sandra will confirm receipt and let you know once your application is being processed.
